Will there be transportation provided to the wedding venue?
Buses to the wedding venue will leave from the following locations at the listed times:

2:30pm - pickup from La Playa Hotel
​
2:45pm - pickup from Devendorf Park
​
Buses will be available to bring guests back into town starting at 9:00pm, with the final shuttle to Carmel-by-the-Sea leaving the wedding venue at 10:00pm. Return shuttles will go to both Devendorf Park and La Playa Hotel, as well as the after party venue (Barmel Supper Club)
Will events be indoors or outdoors?
The welcome party and wedding day events will all be outdoors. Please note that all wedding day events will be held on grass so we recommend you leave your stilettos at home. In addition, the weather cools down at night so you may want a light jacket for evening events.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, however if you would like gift ideas, we are registered at Zola and Williams Sonoma.

Where should we stay for the weekend?
We have a block of rooms at La Playa Hotel, which you can call to request availability on. For additional accommadation options, please see our Travel Info page.
Are children invited?
Yes! We love your kids and would be honored to have them there to celebrate with us. For all wedding day events, we have a hotel suite with two childcare providers where you are able to bring your little ones if they're getting tired but you want to continue the evening! Feel free to reach out to us for more information.
What weather should I expect?
We anticipate the weather to be (hopefully) sunny with high temperatures around 70°F (21°C) and lows around 50°F (10°C).
Are there meal options for those with dietary restrictions?
Yes, our venue is able to provide a meal for anyone with allergies and dietary restrictions. You will be able to fill out this information when you RSVP, but feel free to reach out to us to discuss options at any time.
